Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doxnex Document Intelligence Platform (the "Service") operated by AZMORIS Group. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Doxnex is a document intelligence platform that helps businesses generate, validate, and transmit electronic invoices, quotes, and related business documents. The Service supports several compliance standards including Factur-X, Peppol UBL BIS 3.0, and ZATCA QR.

2. Account

2.1 Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You can register with an email address or by using Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business entity you represent. The Service is intended for professional use.

2.3 Account security

Keep your API key secret. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to rotate keys or suspend accounts in case of suspected abuse.

3. Free Plan (DEMO)

New accounts are created on the free DEMO plan, which includes:

Up to 10 documents per month
Limited number of customers and articles
Access to Factur-X and Peppol UBL generation
Free electronic invoice validation
Community support

Paid plans unlock higher quotas, priority support, and additional features. Pricing is available on the Doxnex website.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal activities or to generate fraudulent invoices
Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or tenant isolation
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
Resell or redistribute the Service without a written agreement

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents, customer data, and other content you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant AZMORIS Group a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.

6. Compliance and Electronic Invoicing

Doxnex helps you produce compliant electronic invoices. However, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax, customer, and legal data. Doxnex does not provide accounting or legal advice. Always verify your invoices before transmitting them to a public administration.

7. Availability and Maintenance

We strive for high availability but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance. We may temporarily suspend the Service for emergency security fixes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Doxnex name, logo, software, designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of AZMORIS Group. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these trademarks beyond the normal use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZMORIS Group's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim. AZMORIS Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, Your Content is deleted within 30 days, except data required by law (e.g. invoice archiving).

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
